AGMI Pte. Ltd. was incorporated in Singapore in 2007. The core business is Human Resource Management and Skills Training. The school was approved by the Singapore Police Department and Accredited by CASETRUST for Education. AGMI's acronym is derived from the words "Asia-Pacific Gaming Management Institute".

AGMI offers international standard casino skills training programs and courses in casino table games management and operations. We will provide you with the absolute best hands-on training at our state-of-the art facility. You will train on Professional Casino Card Room Tables, with real 11.5 gram chips and high quality plastic cards. Lab classes will include actual gaming practice and real-time dealing and playing experience in a variety of games. You may choose to join morning, afternoon and evening training classes in all casino games.
We believe in combining management theory, practical skills and industry experience to launch individuals into a successful gaming career. You will benefit from experienced and dedicated instructors, who have the skills to professionally prepare you to enter the fast-paced casino industry. Classes are taught in English, however our instructors are also fluent in Chinese, Malay and Philippine Tagalogue to make the courses accessible to literally everyone.

The Casino College is not an accredited degree-granting institute. Students taking our training classes will not be getting an accredited degree from an educational institute in the United States. The Casino College is a vocational training center registered with the Board of Education on a state by state basis and not an academic institution.

Award of Certificate and Accreditation & Assessment
Students must complete the course and participate in the appropriate Assessment Test certified and passed by the Advisory Board and examiners. All certificates are awarded by AGMI and Jointly endorsed by the Casino College USA.
AGMI has adopted the Student Protection Scheme (SPS) mandated by CASETRUST for education (The Consumer Association of Singapore). Dr. Alan Soh AGMI Founder |
Dr. Alan Soh, a Singapore citizen and United States resident, trained professionally in Singapore and overseas. He earned his Doctorate in service marketing, including casino marketing from Preston University, Wyoming, USA and an Honorary Doctorate from the National Institute of Higher Education, New Zealand. Dr. Soh has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry covering resorts and hotel management, travel and tourism, casino operations, leisure and ocean cruise line business. He was one of the pioneers in the lucrative hotel and convention business in China and held the position of Executive Vice President, Chains International Hotel. In 1990, he was appointed President of the Regency Card Club and Casino in Bell City, Los Angeles, He also worked for several years at the Bicycle Club (rated the world’s largest card club and casino in 1984) as Asian Games (Pai Gow) Manager. Dr. Alan Soh and his team of experienced instructors are committed to nurturing the next generation of casino professionals at AGMI. |
MANAGEMENT TEAM
Winnie Su - Centre Manager - is the school's manager in charge of student admission, student welfare, and all student graduation concerns. She is also admin manager, ensuring all admin requirements and regulations are met.Benny Soh - Operations Manager - Benny ensures that everything in the school premises is working and maintained. He is also chief coordinator for all intermediaries of the school like vendors, agents and resellers.
Ang Kian Chuan (KC) - Academic Consultant - is currently spearheading the expansion and extension plans of AGMI to increase the range and quality level of the courses to be offered at the School.
Lee Siang Khung (SK) - Business Development Consultant - is overseeing the business partnering and collaboration efforts of AGMI. He is also AGMI's website master, making all updates and changes as and when necessary to reflect information relevance and current affairs of the school.
Glen Blanchard - Casino Training Consultant - Has more than 20 years experience as a Dealer. The last position held was Pit Manager for Galaxy Entertainment Group.
Fidel Cruz Yu - Senior Trainer - More than 25 years of casino gaming experience. last position held was General Manager of Key Club International.
